James Doyle has held his current position as Director of Employee Benefits at Hormel Foods Corporation since 1997.

Mr. Doyle has extensive experience in employee benefits, workers' compensation and financial analysis. He has designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He is a graduate of Kearney State College, Kearney, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
