Ray Waldron is a 30-year member of the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers. He is currently Serving his second term as the President of the minnesota AFL-CIO.

Mr. Waldron is also active in the community, including his role as Director, Tubman Family Alliance. The Mission is to change lives by working to end violence in relationships through prevention and support services; to change communities through information, education and advocacy. The Minnesota AFL-CIO and Harley Davidson sponsor the annual motorcycle ride called The Family Peace Ride to raise awareness of this issue.

Mr. Waldron is a Director of Union Bank and Trust Company. Union Bank and Trust Company is rated the number one bank in America for 2002 and 2003 for its size and has one of the largest Trust Departments in Minnesota.

Mr. Waldron has continued his education with the Minneapolis Community College, Harvard University and the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Waldron was born and raised in Minneapolis and currently lives in St. Anthony Village with his wife, Carol.
